What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major payment methods, including PayPal and Apple Pay. You will be asked at the checkout which method you would like to use.

What is 'Made to Order'?
Products that are made to order are made specifically for each order we receive. As a result of this, it can take up to 2 weeks for this item to be shipped because it is being made especially for you. We use 'Made to Order' to prevent stock waste in line with our ethical and sustainable ethos. Additionally, as made to order items are custom made, they are non-refundable. We can only offer an exchange for these items. 

 

What is the One Hundred Percent Collection?
Our One Hundred Percent collection is garments where 100% of the profits support a given cause or charity. This is clearly written in the description of any items that are part of this collection. As these drops are for charities and humanitarian causes, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on these items.
