Shipping Policy

 

Processing & Delivery
Standard orders are processed within 3-5 business days. UK orders are sent Royal Mail First Class, and for customers purchasing from the EU, delivery is estimated at 3-7 working days. For international orders, estimated delivery is between 3-10 working days. International orders are tracked.

 

Pre-orders
Pre-orders aim to be shipped within 2-3 weeks of initial payment, you'll receive an email when your order has been processed and shipped. Please leave an additional week for delivery if you are a UK customer, and up to 10 days if you are an international customer.  Please be aware that there may be delays in the shipping of preordered items due to processing large quantities of orders at once, or any potential issues that occur during production process. Orders will be shipped as soon as possible, but we will contact you via email with updates should this be the case.

 

Made To Order
Made to order items aim to be shipped within 2-3 weeks of initial payment, you'll receive an email when your order has been processed and shipped. Please leave an additional week for delivery if you are a UK customer, and up to 10 days if you are an international customer.  We will contact you via email with updates should there be any delays.

 

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated on your geographical location and order size. 

 

Shipping to the USA
Currently, we are unable to ship orders to the United States of America due to the new tariffs imposed on small businesses by the current administration. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused and we will make an announcement if the situation changes.

 

Please Note

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
